More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore included in this latest image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
